We are currently seeking highly motivated Receptionists.


This role primarily will be responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls for a variety of allied health clinics. On-call actions will include taking messages, providing information about assessment processes, fees, funding and rebates; and creating, changing and cancelling appointments. There may also be aftercall actions such as sending New Client forms to clients, filling in spreadsheets with client details etc.


This role is scheduled for regular working hours every week. Our business hours are 8am to 5pm AEST, so we can discuss your availability to fill sessions during this time.


We predominately work for private practice allied health clinics, so a knowledge of fees/ rebates (EPC, TCA, NDIS, Better Start, MHCP), managing a private practice diary etc would be an advantage. We use a range of cloud-based practice management systems including Cliniko, Coreplus, PowerDiary and Healthkit, so experience in these programs will also be well regarded.


  • This role requires you to think on your feet, to anticipate future needs, pay attention to the smallest of details and be self-starting. Whilst we train you on the basics, it is very much on-the-job learning.

  • You will need an ABN to apply for this role as you will be engaged as an independent contractor.

  • You will work from your own home. You will need a dedicated space with Windows-based computer and a good computer headset that capable of taking VOIP calls.

  • Your internet speed needs to be above 10mbps Download.


  • You are paid at a rate of $30 per hour for time spent on active calls and in wrap up (completing aftercall actions). Note, you are not paid when you aren't taking a call or completing related administrative tasks.

  • All training is paid at $30 per hour.
